h1 b transfer

I used to work for a company A who sponsored me for my H1B visa. I went to
India in dec 2002 to get the stamping. My present H1B visa is valid till March 2005 but
has company A's name on it. Recently I have changed my job and my present
company B has applied for another H1b visa in the first week of July, 2003
at VSC. I will be going to India for my wedding in November '03. My dilema
is if the BCIS does not do an adjudication before I go to India, can I still
go to India and come back using my old visa stamping? And also if I want to
expedite my case can I pay BCIS 1000$ for the premium processing service
now? I would appreciate if someone could let me know about it.

you can do both. But if you wnat to do premium, either do it when you ar here or after coming back...
