H1-B Transfer

Hi,
I am currently on an H1 visa and am employed by Company A, which has me working for a client through a middle vendor. I recently got a job offer from Company B which is a direct vendor for another client. I was wondering if I would have any issues when transferring from Comapany A to Company B, as I am currently working for a client through multiple layers.
Thanks,
Mahinder

B can file H1 transfer if you are in valid H1 status and with latest 3-4 pay stubs, FYI if B is also consulting company then USCIS may ask for client letter for the job and client don’t give the job contract letter. At this time USCIS is after consulting companies and ask lot of documents in RFE if B can’t provide what USCIS ask then H1 transfer can be denied. If B files H1 transfers join only AFTER H1 transfer gets approved (not with just filing receipt)
