I am a recent graduate and have the permission to stay in USA till March 8th or get an addmission in a college. My H1B is valid from Jan 8 2006 . I was told that the employer(from CA) might cancel my H1B and hence need to know the procedure for transferring the H1B to some other company, and is there any additional fee involved. If my employer cancels the H1B and i am able to find some other company willing to sponser, will i be eligible to stay in USA.
