h1-b transfer

I'm on H1 currently working in the us.I will be changing companies and transferring my h1 to my new employer.I have never got my stamping done

I HAVE TO GOTO india in 3 months for my wedding
I have 2 questions:


-Do I get my h1 visa stamping done after the transfer of my h1b
-If I get my h1 b stamping done in canada now with Company A,do I have to get it re-stamped before I goto India or can I travel to India and back with the current visa stamping and new h1-b approval papers
-Has there been any problems for anyone stamping their H1-B for the first time if the person has switched companies
-How long does it take for an h1-b transfer approval under premium processing

H1B Transfer takes approx. 10 - 15 days with premium processing. These days even regular processing is very fast. I had my h1 transfer approved in 35 days. (applied on Dec 10, approved on Jan 14th, normal processing at Vermont Service Centre).

If you get your visa stamped with Company A now, I guess you don't have to go for stamping again. You can use that visa stamp and new papers from company B. Please verify with others who have experience with this situation or an attorney.
