H1 B transfer - starting with new company please reply ASAP

My wife recently applied for H1 transfer by premium processing. She would like to wait till the actual approval before giving notice to her current company. She has received her receipt. Can she start working with the new company and later give notice the current company? Since this is premium processing, we expect an overlap of 3 days or so.

-----she can start working with new company the day she gets H1 transfer filing reciept from USCIS.
