I switched my job and my current employer filed H-1b transfer for me before my current Visa expired. We have recieved a receipt from INS and are still waiting for I-797 approval. However my H-1b Visa and I-94 from my previous employer expired 2 months ago. I have to go to the INS for Call-In Special Registeration. Do you think that there is going to be any problem as my H-1b visa and I-94 expired though technically I am in status??
