Hi All,
Suppose Im working in company A and want to change. I get an offer from company B and i give my h1 papers to them for doing the transfer. They file a normal category transfer which takes 5- months to get approval. Still, I get the new EAC # in a week and i start working for company B.
Lets say, 3 months after working in company B, I get an even better company C which i would certainly like to join, so in such a case, could i go ahead with transfer of h1-b from company B to C even if the previous H1-b transfer is not approved in total from company A to company B. I hope that the category of the previous h1 transfer should not be an impediment to the future switching but if anyone knows about such a restriction, then your opinion is valued here.
Thanks for your time.
