I am transfering from Company A to Company B. I have the H1 B visa from Company A currently. For the transfer process, the lawyer of Company B has asked me to fill in a Non Immigrant Visa petetion.
In the petetion, it asks me whether I have been arrested before. 5 years ago I was arrested . I pleaded guilty of Obstruction to a Highway in state of Texas. My case was dismissed after deferred adjudication and I was able to receive the Order for Non Disclosure.
I checked the TX DPS records and my name is not on the file. I am wondering if I need to tell the immigration lawyer about what happened OR use the motion of non disclosure to say No to any arrests?
