H1 B transfer issue URGENT!

Hi everyone, your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an H1B visa thru cpy A.
I left cpy A, and only found a job with cpy B a year &3 months later (cpy A did not revoke visa).
Cpy B filed for visa transfer.
I just received I 797 form from INS asking for my 2 latest paystubs from cpy A, W2 form and credentials evaluation. My ex-boss from A, does not mind producing 2 paystubs to support the visa transfer.
Do I stand any chance to get the transfer approved if I only provide the 2 pay stubs, and credentials evaluation?
This is an urgent matter. Thank you for your help.

PS: I stayed in the country the whole time and traveled back home right before starting working for cpy B (= new I 94 in passport).

Even if your visa was not revoked, you were in violation of your immigration status for 1 year 3 months after you left company A. THere is a good chance that INS will deny your H1 transfer because of this situation. Talk to a good lawyer before proceeding any further. You might also be subject to deportation/10 year bar. I assume you did not have any other legal status for those 15 months, like B2, F1, etc.

Credential evaluation normally means the educational evaluation where your foreign degree/ s are evaluated and equated to a certain level of US education. There are recognized agencies to conduct this kind of evaluations.
