Hi Guys,
This is a very different situation.
I was here on L1-B and got my H1-B through Change of Status in DEC-2005. My total experience is 5 years whereas when i filed my Change of status i had just put 3 years experience. Reason for that was my first company where i worked for has been shut down and even the tel number and email id on my experience letters are not working any more. When i told all this to my new employer who was doing my H1-B he suggested me to remove that experience and put just 3 years for which i have everything from the paystub to references. Now When i change the company and apply for transfer and if i send my exp of 5 years including the first one where company has been closed and i don't have any references.
Can this cause a problem in my H1-Trasfer or my green card processing. because my earlier resume which is with the INS has 3 yrs exp whereas my new one which goes with the transfer case has 5 yrs.
Any pointers to this is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sareena
