H1-B Transfer exp different from Fresh

Hi Guys,

This is a very different situation.
I was here on L1-B and got my H1-B through Change of Status in DEC-2005. My total experience is 5 years whereas when i filed my Change of status i had just put 3 years experience. Reason for that was my first company where i worked for has been shut down and even the tel number and email id on my experience letters are not working any more. When i told all this to my new employer who was doing my H1-B he suggested me to remove that experience and put just 3 years for which i have everything from the paystub to references. Now When i change the company and apply for transfer and if i send my exp of 5 years including the first one where company has been closed and i don't have any references.
Can this cause a problem in my H1-Trasfer or my green card processing. because my earlier resume which is with the INS has 3 yrs exp whereas my new one which goes with the transfer case has 5 yrs.

Any pointers to this is highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sareena

You should have provided correct information to USCIS, otherwise you never know what problem arises later on.
BTW, you need to disclose all the employment last 6 years when you get visa at consulate.. Keep everything consistent.
