H1 b transfer after using AP

Is it ok to transfer H1b to different employer after using AP?
I resumed work with same employer on H1b after entering with AP in Jan 2009.

My H1b is valid till 2010 . H1b was last exteneded an year back, inside USA, before I left to India.

I am going to get info from lawyer, but I wanted to be sure.

Yes, you can transfer your H-1B. Once the transfer is approved, you will be back in H-1B status and not a parolee anymore.
