H1-B to Green Card

Hi,

I am on an H1-B and I would like to know the procedure for applying a green card based on employment. Employer is willing to sponsor. Can i immediately file form I-140 and skip labor certification? TY in advance.

For green card. If you are eligible for EB1 category or NIW then you dont need a LC. Most h1bs need a LC.
