***h1-b Stamping - Interview/appointment??? Urgent*** Please Help

Hi,
I received the newsletter from the US Consulate on Tuesday stating that all qualified non immigrant applicants must schedule an appointment for interview satrting March 4th.
I have the following qns:

1] I was on F1 and got my H1-B in Aug 2001. i am going to chennai around Mar 15 to get my B stamped. How will I get an interview. Is it something I should have scheduled myslef by now? What is the procedure?

2]Should I go to the Consulate or can I use TT Services drop box??

Please help. The newsletter is so unclear.

H1 Stamping at Delhi

Has anybody did stamping at New Delhi?
I have to fly india recently, i want to know if they are asking anything special document?
