I have a query. I came to USA on H4 visa initially and now i got my H1-B and i am working as a permanent employee in a major american company for more than 6 months. Previously, i worked for a top most company in india for 2 years. Now, I am planning to visit india. Just i would like to know the situation there. Whether it is risky to visit india as i didnot get stamped(H1-B). Please help me in this case.
