H1 B stamping at mumbai- - urgent help required

I got my H1 approval from US. Now I am planning to go for interview in July end at Mumbai Consulate....

Couple of questions

1.Please share with me any recent experience with Mumbai consulate for H1 B.

2.Will I be eligile for Drop Box. I have never been to US & my F1 visan are rejected twice.

3. What are the possible question that can be asked since my F1 visas have been rejected twice.....

Prompt answer will be appreciated. Please help
 
The new State Department rules require all new visa applicants between 16 and 60 years of age to be interviewed. Check with your nearest consulate regarding visa appointments.
 
Some people are even subjected to finger printing for security cheks which can take up to 6-8 weeks spoiling all of your plans and possibly jeopardizing your job if your employer need someone urgently in your position. Plz consider this issue also.

Guys plz add your experinces if you are subjected to finger pringint. Thanks.
