H1 B Renewal - Complicated RFE -help required

I am working for company A on H1B completeing 6hrs very soon, they filed my GC and I-140 is approved (april 2010) and filed my H1 Extension in Sep'10. During my H1 extension process is in place i had to change the client and amendment was not placed thinking soon after the H1 approval we can file for amendment. But Now an RFE came requesting with client letter and PO details.
I am not working for that client anymore. So if we reply back with current client details and PO what is the posibility of getting the H1 approved ?...

Please let me know in case of any additional details need to provided.

your employer/Lawyer who filed H1 should reply to the RFE and provide what is asked.
