what is the process of recapturing the days which i did not spend in US on this H1.
ie vacation etc

I'm approaching my sixth year completion, Labor is pending with DOL

what is the process of recapturing the days which i did not spend in US on this H1.
ie vacation etc
----- Provide the evidence that you were out of US and that can be stamps on passport that you got when entered US. Make list the date you departed US and they day spent out of US and attach any evidence to prove your stay out of US

Your lawyer should know what evidence to submit with H1 extension and how to recapture the days spent out of US.
