H1-B Question.

I used to work for employer A (till july 06). Employer B transferred my H1-B and I started my employement with them. I want to rejoin Employer A. Employer A says that since they have not re-voked my H1-B, they do not need to refile the H1-B since their H1-B is valid.

Is this correct?
