H1-B question -- Please advise

I am currently on OPT, F-1 status. I am working as a consultant for a Company A and it has sponsored my H-1B visa. My H1-B starts from August 2, 2004. I am offered a job by another company, now what is the process of getting my H1 transferred. Can I start working for the new company immediately and if I not getting my H1 transfer approval by August 2nd what should I be doing.

------ You can file for Transfer of H1 BUT you need 2-3 recent pay stubs from A after working on H1B status
Can I start working for the new company immediately and if I not getting my H1 transfer approval by August 2nd what should I be doing.
------ you cant file H1 Transfer If you dont have recent pay stubs from A, even if you file with out pay stubs H1 transfer will not be approved, better work with A after august for 2-3 months then file H1 transfer with pay stubs
