H1 B query- gurus please help

I am on a L1A visa with company A which expires in Oct 2007, Company B applied for a transfer to H1B visa, I received the approval only for 6 months from Oct 2005 to Mar2006(even though my attorney claims that he filed for time recapture) I have been in the US since April 2000 and out of the country for approx 11 months between that time and now

1. Can I continue working with company A since I dont have a H1 visa stamp or does the most recent change hold good?

1.Is there/anyway I can extend my stay beyond March 31 other than applying for time recapture?

You have changed your status from L1 to H1 after paying Attorney fees and INS fees. Per INS database you are now H1
1.Is there/anyway I can extend my stay beyond March 31 other than applying for time recapture? Do you have any Labor certification filed on your behalf in the past.? You can file agsin another petition to recapture the time , where you are out of US.

Thanks for your prompt reply great guru, unfortunately I dont have a Labor petition filed for me in the past(I presume you mean for green card)

Then apply for time capture in separate petition.
