H1-B Petition letter

Hi All,

My sister works for a non-profit research institute here in U.S. Now, her boss agrees to apply for her H1-B with premium process. But the boss wants her to provide the petition letter. Anyone knows where she can get a sample letter of that?

There is no simple sample letter. Approach AILA or immigration lawyers who does Pro Bono work to get assistance.
