H1-B Multiple transfer

Hi,
I am working for company A. I transfered my visa to company B using the company A's paystubs on December 2007. I am still with company A. Now i have got a offer from company C, who want to transfer my visa again and this is a permanent position. Will i able to transfer my visa (using company A's paystubs)?? I never worked for company B and i so i don't have company B's paystubs.Kindly answer me ASAP.

Was the transfer from A to B applied as change of status? In other words, did the new approval notice contained an I-94?
