H1-B; min. required qualifications

I am currently pursuing PhD at a US University and have a Masters degree from the same university. I am likely to get a job offer, the minimum required qualification for which is an 'Associate Degree'. The job is in my field of study and the salary range is 36k-42k. If I get the job, is it possible to get H1-B approved?

What is the job title?

If requirement is AA , the job may not qualify for an H1 visa requirements.
