H1-B, Masters Incomplete

Hi,

I am currently on H1-B. I applied for H1-B in April 2005 using my MS coursework transcript and previous education and experience.

Now it seems that I might not be able to graduate due to differences between me and my advisor. I cannot go back to school and choose a different advisor as I will lose my H1 status.

Will the incompletion of my MS affect me if I change employers or when my H1-B comes up for renewal in 2008 or at the time of Green Card application?
Please Advise.

Dude, Try to get ur degree to avoid complication in the future especially if had come to the US on f1 earlier. You may have problems when you plan to visit your country and before returning you may need to get you h1 stamped on your passport.

Yes,dude you should have completed your education which was the first intent of your arrival in US as stated in your application form.
