H1 B married to a US Citizen. Question on I131

I applied for my GC through my citizen spouse. My I485 is pending. I am going to apply for I131.
I entered to the US through H1B visa and my extension will be expired in May 2008 (still working with the same company eventhough I received my EAD through spouse)

I was wondering what my class of admission would be on my I131?

Please advise.

H-1, since that's what you were admitted as.

Hi,

Thank you Real canadian. I am considering changing job and use my EAD that I received through my husband which it means I won't be on H1 any more. Do I still need to put H1 for class of admission or I need to put parolee or AOS I485 pending?

still you entered as H1, even if you later changed that status, it doesn't change "how" you entered.

If you google the subject of "Class of Admission" and I-131 apparently they don't ask for the status upon entry but the current status.
