H1-B & H4 Visa Stamping in Canada

Hi,

My H1 Visa on Company A expired on Jan 1st 2005. Now I am with Company B and I got my extension papers valid from Jan 2006 to Jan 2008. I have done M.S in USA. I am planning to attend for Visa stamping in Toronto (along with my wife - she is on H4) , Canada next month (Dec 2005). I do not know of anyone who attended for visa interview in Canada recently. Can anyone please provide information regarding.

We went to Toronto for our H1 and H4 stamping in Apr 05 thru some lawyers to be on safe side. I think if all the documnets are good we need not worry, but still that element of fear will be wether we will be back safe in the country. Of course it will cost us some $$ ..I dont remeber though..

As for my intro i m aly from NY, I am an Indian and had my H1 last year october and also got my wifes H4 and am planning to go to Canada for stamping, As you mentioned that you got it stamped, do I have to have a US degree or qualification?
