H1-B extensions beyond 6 yrs. while pending I-140 / I-485

Can someone please clarify that is it possible to get H1-B extensions beyond the 6 year limit (7th, 8th, ... years) after the I-140 and I-485 is still pending? The other important point here is that I got my labor approved but labor was filed in 11th month of the last year out of 6th year H1b limit.

I'm not quite clear as I could file for H1 extensions beyond the 6th year based only on pending I-140 and 485 applications?

Any suggestions / comments please ....

I think, Originally 7th & 8th yr extension was only for 1-40 & 485 pending applications and then they extended this rule to labor applicants who's application was more that a year.

So you should be OK. But please check with your Lawyer to confirm.

I also have the high expectation that it should work for me but I am still in search of any confirm answer.
Well, If It would have been so easy to get answer from my lawyer then this question would have not come on this forum.

Anyway I would encourage for anyone having any further confirm answer to this. This could be a great help to me.

you can extend the 7th year H1 or then 8th year H1 if
LC PENDING more than 365 days
OR
I-140 pending
Or

I-485 pending

I do believe that you have shared this with me based on info. you must have got from somewhere. By any chance do you know any website or any other contact place to confirm this. Do not mind, I am trying to be double sure.
