The visa stamp on my passport has expired. When I go to India next time, will I need to go to U.S Consulate to have it stamped? Last two time it was needed to be stamped, I did not have to do, but have any rules changed lately that mandate that I do it? I have this question since my company has changed the name and that means I file amended H1-B petition.
