My H1B visa stamping will be expired on February 2002 which I got from Canada. However, I am still working my H1B petition is valid until 2003. Do I need a new stamping or revalidation if i want to reenter US? Please reply
I entered usa 20 days before expire of old visa + new approval notice
I was able to enter using visa about to expire in 20 days and showed the new petition to the ins guy. I was given a i94 expiry date matching the new petition.
Please note that old visa should be valid when you enter
Once you are back, send your papers to the st.louis for revalidation...
