Hi,
My H1B expired Dec 1, 2000, and my company filed on Nov 13 2000. The approval still isn\'t through and I am planning on traveling to India by the end of January period. I plan on returning to the US by the end of Feb and hope that my approval will be through by then and I\'ll be able to get the visa from the US consulate in India. I can wait in India until I receive the HI B extension document. Any advice on whether my plan looks feasible or alternative options would really help.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciable.
