H1 B Approvals.....immediate Need Please Help

I got my H1B approved from company A last friday. I also applied for H1B visa from company B which is in process. Now that I got my approval from company A, i would like to take up that job. What happens if my H1B approval company B gets approved? can i still work for company A and would my approval with company A be still valid?

H1b Pending Background Checks

Hello Everybody
I switched employers in May 2004 and my new employers filed h1b petitions under premium processing at TSC. My petition has been pending for about 18 months now, and repeated inquiries to TSC premium processing service yields only one answer that it my file is under administrative review in Washington Hqs and they need some information/advice from main office before they can process my case. I have tried to contact the local senator, and congressman with similar answers.
I am getting very frustrated and want to know if there is anything that I can try to have my case processed so that I can travel back home.
