HI,Dear sir,
I came us feb 2000,as avisiter visa,after 5 month,i apply for visa extention,ins need to proof for property in india,ins sent letter to my friend's house,that time i moved to texas,my friend sent letter ,one week after the last date of submit the document,basicaly i am out of status,after feb,2001 i apply for H1-B,as a hotel manager,They approved H1-B,on nov/2001,but my status is no longer,so my atterny said ,you have go to mexico,but i stay in us more then six month without status,so i got bar for 10 years,he advised,don't leave country,
after that we apply for labour ,2005 i through labour,and apply for I-40 but they denied ,beacuse my owner declerd loss last two years,and they need degree for hotel management,
what i can do,please give me advise.
and we apply by earl,david for my wife ,he took money and no result,after 5 month,he is from new-york,
