H1 B application requirement

Hi,

I am a graduate student on F-1 visa and my OPT is going to end in July, but as I have used my OPT before graduating (which my school allows), I still have the option of going back to school.I plan to graduate from school by end of August or mid of september.

My question is:

I want to apply for H1 under the 2005 cap in April. When I apply for H1 which degree do I have to use my master's or undergrad?

Please advice..
