I have been reading all your postings regarding your applications for H1-B visa under various circumstances. I appreciate the insight provided by these postings.
I have applied for my H-1B visa under the masters quota and opted for normal processing. I have been hearing through this forum that some people have got back atleast a proof of receipt of their application. I am yet to receive it. I have spoken with the HR in our company and they say they haven't heard back from the attorney.
I would appreciate it if someone could provide some insight as to how much longer I should wait as according to the USCIS press release last month, the issuance of receipts from the VSC should be completed by June 15th.
I would appreciate any help in this regard.My company had applied for my visa well within the deadline of April 2nd,2007.
