H1-B AND AP: problems to re-enter?

Hello all,

I’m an H1-B visa holder, with I-485 petition pending (through marriage). Even though I know an H1-B doesn’t need AP, I requested one and received it today – just in case. I have never been illegal in the country and wonder if I’ll have any problems reentering the country if I leave now. I plan to use the H1-B to re-enter (still in status) and AP in case they say anything. Is there any risk of using AP? Please advise!!!!

If there's no risk of being subject to the re-entry bars then H-1B re-entry or AP should be just fine.
