H1-B 8th year

Hi,

I'm on my 3rd H1-B (8th year) which will expire on August 2009. Due to company issues I still do not have my green card.

My question is, can I renew and get my 4th H1-B when this one expires? If so, what are the rules?

The rule to extend H1 is all same after 7th year. 365 days old LC or approved I-140 with PD retrogressed.
