H1 -B 6 Years Term Valid - Includes In/OUT Dates ?

This is regarding H1-B Visa term. I had my 1st H1-B in Sept 2000.

2nd Visa was Issued in Feb'03 (Change of Company).
3rd Visa was Issued in Nov 05 untill Nov 08. (same company as above).

Following are the IN/OUT dates into U.S.A since I arrived:
Please let me know, if the latest visa issued untill Nov 08 is valid (Meaning I am not exceeding the 6 year term ) as most talk about.

I think expiration in Nov 2008 is probably some calculation mistake.
