Dear Frds,
Last week i have attended my H1 B NIV interview at Chennai consulate.
But i got 221 g.
they asked me to bring the following original documents any day in person.
A) A detailed and specific description of the project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned to it, location of the worksite. End Client Contact Information
B) A complete itinerary of services or engagement specifying the dates of each service or engagement, the names and addresses of the agent, the names and addresses of the actual employers and the names and addresses of the establishment, venues or locations where the services will be performed.
C) Copy of contract with End Client
is there any specific format or particular details that have to be mentioned for the above documentation? if you have any sample documents, it would be extremely helpful.
