H1 aproval and Visa stamping !!!!!

I have a valid visa stamped on my passport until June 2004(belongs to company A's H1 approval)

Meanwhile I changed the employer ( Company B) and I have the new H1 approval

My question is:

If I travel to india do I need to stamp the visa again? Can I come back with the employer A's visa stamping and Employer B's approval notice???
 
yes U can...

Yes. Until the visa stamp expiration date U dont need to get the new stamp. Just make sure that I94 bears the new company name and expirationd date...
 
H1B Stamping

Hi Jaxen,

Thanks for the reply. I came to know that the company A revocked my H1B in last Aug. Can I still use their visa on my passport when I return from India.

I mean The H1B is revocked and the visa stamping on my passport is valied.. in that situation Do I need to the stamp again
if I am planning to travell?

Yes U may

The current status is determined by the H1 approval you have in your hand. Revocation of previous h1 stamp does not affect your entry.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I am Little confused here.Sorry.
Just to make myself clear I am repeating my question:

Here is my background:

I lost my last job on 16th of June 2002.The employer A revoked my H1B on 15th Aug2002.But I have their visa stamped on my passport till June 2004 with I-94 the same date of expiry.

My new employer applied my new H1B on sept 24th. that means I am on out of status for 3.5 months.

Here is my question:

1.Will INS approve my new H1B since I was out of status for 3 months?

2. If they approve, Do I need to go out of country and stamp the employer B's Visa?

2.Or can I just go back and re-enter with my new approval and old visa stamping? just to obtain the new I-94?
