H1 Approved while B2 extention pending...

HI..
can any one tell me what should i do as my H1 B is approved but B2 extention is still pending... can i start my job on H1 while B2 pending.. and is there any thing else that i can do...thanks

If you filed this as a new H1 in April, then it does not start until Oct 07. So you cannot start to work on it.
