I got H1 approval for 7th year extension from CSC. Instead of giving extension for 1 year they have given an extension for 3 years. ( I have already completed 6 years on H1 B ). This extention is applied on the basis of pending ADjustment of status.
Though my first name, last name appears fine in the I-94 attached to Approval notice, my date of birth is wrongly mentioned.
Please advice me on what action should I take.?
