To all, (am sorry for my lengthy letter, but please read on fully)
My h1 got approvd in feb thro some useless desi consultant. he refused 2 gimme my H1 papers and mocked at me i cant transfer to any other employer. he wont even give copies of my h1. he just gave me my SRC number, which when punched in the USCIS webpage, says h1 approved but it does not carry my name, so how do i know if its mine or not? he is even refusing 2 show my H1. currently i'm on bench, my consultant is neither getting me job interview nor releiving me for a H1 transfer. I paid 2000$ for prem process. of my H1. Their website shows that they've 4 locations but i found out that all are fake addresses!
I have 2 other job offers. but my wicked consultant literally is tormenting me by saying that he would lay me off or revoke my H1 if i tried going to CIS or Police. I did not sign any offer letter with him & hence cannot sue him on the pretext of not getting paid while on bench. All that i've is a copy of check that i paid them for my h1 & my SRC number(not sure if mine).
I dont have money or mental strength to legally fight against such unscrupulous desi consultants, who treat their H1 employees like slaves. My friend fought /w this consultant for ownership of his H1 papers & he was cooly layed off my these bast..ds. So me & others are totally scared to even open our mouths.
I CANNOT BELEIVE THAT SUCH SLAVERY & BLACKMAIL is taking place IN A FREE COUNTRY LIKE USA.
These 3rd rate desi consultants use all the loopholes and r tricking USCIS as well as innocent folks like me, who r in bad need of sponsorship. Someone needs 2 putta stop 2 this malpractice.
note:- i'm also an indian. i dont've any prejudice against desis. but desis are the only ones capable of such cunning. Americans arent like this, they are very straightforward.
SOMEONE PLEASE HEAR ME OUT. i know there r many victims like me out in the open.
