H1 approved - applying H4 in India

Hello everybody... Kindly grant me if this is already submitted information request. I got h1 approval premium processing last week i.e. 2007. I was on f1 for 2 years and visited india twice... I got married last year. I started working my current company jan 15 onwards. Is it possible that my wife can appear for h4 visa this may?
I don't have any w-2 but all paystubs. Can I send my 3 months of paystubs and no w-2's.
Can my wife get visa even if she got 3 refusal stamps? last stamp f1 on 2005
Do I need to file any petition or form in uscis over here in USA or she can just make an appointment and go for interview directly?
Plz help me as I have no h1 stamp in my passport... is it necessay?

Visa Stamping

Your wife needs pay stubs and documents pertaining to your H1 application and your Original INS approval. Marriage certificate and marriage pictures. This is what happened in my friend's case.

Oh ok... but Can my wife appear in chennai 3rd week of may? Or she'll have to wait till october 1st? Plz reply
 
bill of empire rightly mentioned about the required documents. I would tell you that even though she made several failed attempts to get the US Visa, then it was for different visa status. This time its a new status, and as your application status changes, you need not wait for long. mukesh, rahasiam.com
 
Got 221 g for h4

Hi... I m in a big problem now... My wife went for h4 interview on may 29 to chennai..... on the first floor the indian guy didn't allowed her to enter saying "your husband will be on h1 status from october... you should appear in october... my wife managed to tell him that i got EAD/ OPT status and working for a company since january". When VO called her... he startet asking questions about my H1 stamping... (i dont hav h1 stamping in my passport) is it necessary? then VO started saying that in my h1b approval... there is a middle initial and not in the passport... so i don't know whether its ur husband or no? That VO did not even c the i94 just below it which said my name without initial.... now my wife got 221 g saying "require another petition w/husband name" ? what does that mean? plz help me ya'll as i m really depressed!
