H1 approval times

Hi,
If anyone has got their H1 approved recently, can you please tell me how much the time was between their sending it and receiving their approval?

Not yet recd the approval notice.

This is H1-EXT with the same company.

My EAD expired July 31. My employer was going to file the usual way this March. I heard it was taking between 4-5 months to get H1 so I wasnt sure if I should file that way or go for Premium processing. What do you think? Is there a risk here? Have any of you got it in more than 4 months?
 
Mine took 6 months

For H1B Extension:
Receipt date: 28th Aug 2001
Approval date: 25th Feb 2002
