H1 Applications Urgent

Hi I am a new member to this forum. I graduated in Dec '04 and I am working in a company from Jan 30th 2005. My OPT expires on Jan6th 2007 and so I have to apply for H1 quota which start this oct.

I haven't filed my application yet. Am I late....?? Can someone give any information about how many applications are already filed.

Please reply....I will talk to my company HR as soon as possible.

You are not late but USCIS is accepting applications since April 2005. The USCIS did not released any statistics on how many appl. they received. Do not wait file ASAP before the door is shut.
