H1 Application not yet appoved

hi friends, my h1 petition was filed on june 26th and as the uscis site shows that it is now processing petition on or after sept 19th, i believe i should have had a decison by now, so was just wondering if any one can help me, as visa tracker shows me my petiton is still pending.

please suggest what should i be doing,
