I'm currently in US on a H4 visa. A few months back, a consultancy company applied for a H1 visa on my behalf and its currently being processed. Due to personal reasons, I now do not want to accept the job and would like to continue here on my H4 visa. Is there someway in which I can cancel the H1 application/stop the processing of my H1 visa? How do I ensure that I continue on my H4 visa?
