Hello,

I have valid H1 status till 2004( NO visa stamp), I just filled I-485 and planning on travelling using AP.

After I return back, do I need to use EAD to work ?

If I-485 is denied , would I still be able to work untill my H1 expires ?

Jawan, its better to use H1 rather than AP

My lawyer suggested to use H1
