H1 and Tax Refunds..?

After completing Residency on H1 in 3 Years I am out of USA ,and have to file taxes for 2007.Would it be a normal refund or should i file for some other refunds also ie social security etc.

On what basis do you believe you could you get FICA (SS/Medicare) back? You weren't in F, J or L status.
