H1 and L1 together

Hi

I am working in company A. i have filed H1 through company B. now my current company A is filing L1 for me. Will it cauz any problem when H1 and L1 is filled together through different emplyoers..or at the first place is it possible to file both of them together..Please respond

Can a person have both H1 and L1

I am working for company A.Another company B filed for my H1 and I got the Visa stamped in my passport.
I informed company A about this and they said they will apply for my L1(Blanket Petition).
1) what will happen to my H1 when I go for L1 stamping?
2)Can I have both Visas as valid when I enter USA at the port of entry?
3)Can I work for company A on L1 say for one year and then use H1 for company C without working atall for company B?

As soon as you get your H1 you should start working for the company who applied for it. If you continue working for your previous company you are violating your work authorization status.

Also if you deceide to join company B later on H1 B make sure you do an adjustment of status.
